I did finish Season 5, abet I skipped quite a few episodes which I plan to go back and finish (around 10 or so) just so I could see how it concludes.

But I agree with both of you, would have seemed more logical to wrap it up after they got rid of President Clark. Still a phenomenal series however.

I'm so happy to hear that! Very glad you enjoyed it. B5 set the stage for the whole "serialized" story lines that are so commonplace nowadays. Amazing to think that BSG came out only...what, 4 or 5 years later? But it seems that so much evolved post 2000 (or maybe post-Matrix....or post 9/11?)

Avoid Crusade. It has it's charm, but it's very hard to appreciate without lots of deep background.

B5 was an unheeded warning against the likes of W.Bush. Now there is even worse. Dark days ahead.

Funny this topic should come up. I just moved into a new place and my housemate and I are watching B5 with two of our friends. We're in the year 2259 at the moment. Good stuff.

I've been following the Babylon 5 subreddit and been seeing some re-renders of scenes in glorious 1080p. Would be amazing to see the whole show redone like that, but it almost certainly will not happen.

AI re-renders will happen.
